they called me today and when i tried to pay what i could the lady got rude and asking me all kinds of private questions..when i asked her to get smart she got really hate full..i started to cry and hung up her..i have talked to a couple of other collections and i have never felt so bad..

I would search for registered corporations in IL and see if you can find out the names of the Board of Directors.

You might check the ACA International web site. They may have an email listed there.

Call the BBB from Springfield IL and they will give you the names of all the management personel and they phone numbers.
I did pull out a report about them and they had many complaints (44 opened) and a score of B- as rating .
now Im trying to write them a letter that I m not responsible for any charges .
They dont have my social Security # and I did not order anything .

CCB Credit Services is in Springfield IL. And Yes Michael Wojack is the worst, but not by much. I worked there and quit due to not being able to handle talking to people like they were trash. If we were not "handling" the debtor right we had a sign put up in our cubical that said THIS IS COLLECTIONS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Nice right there are a few collectors there who are nice to work with and do go above and beyond to help consumers out but not many most are just sharks trying to get to their monthly goal so they can commision.

Depends on what company they are collection for as to who the manager of that department would be. But there are two directors Jeff Brown and Jeff Bayless

TO: Roberto Dominguez Delgado. I know you mean the best in what you say but it's simply not true. Is is okay for a collector to be nice? I would think so. We try to help people clear up the bill in our office and there is nothing wrong with that. We do not act as a debt consolidation company.
