I worked for CCB about a year ago. I had the best supervisor there who taught me so much when dealing with debtors. Ciro Messina is the best boss I've ever had. If you have a problem, call him and he will direct you to the right collector or upper management person. This isn't a shady company. They do their job and put yourself in their shoes, you try calling people 8 hrs a day asking them to take care of a debt. It's not easy. It's stressful. And if u think you've been treated bad, you should hear the way some people talk to us before we even got a word in. Just pay ur debt people and they won't call you or your family to find you. I would go back there in a heartbeat to work if I lost my job now.

These people are bottom feeders, the scum of the earth. They don't care what tragedies or hard times you have gone through, they want to screw you over! They will deliberately MISLEAD you and then say that you understood everything they told you. They then electronically remove funds from your account WITHOUT your consent. DO NOT do any kind of business with this company. I guarantee you, you will live to regret it. Once they get your money, you will never see it again. They practically laugh in your face when you try to reason with them. Pure low-lifes, all of them.

This company is nothing but low-life bottom feeders. They have no sympathy or compassion for anyone else no matter what you are going through in your life. They are shady and underhanded and downright liars. They will mislead you and make you believe that you are agreeing to something that is no accurate. Don't let them fool you, do NOT do business with this company...do not even speak to them. They will electronically withdraw funds from your account without your authorization. When you try to make payment arrangements, they will not accpet them or agree to it and them take the lump sum out of your account. They are just ignorant and not credible in the least. Stay away from them!

I have to agree, this firm is well dodgy. I received a letter from them regarding an alleged debt from my student days in England. I sent them a letter disputing the debt and qouting the applicable UK law, guess what four days later I get a call from them demanding payment in full, threatening to put this on my credit report. I have to assume that this company can't prove the validity of the debt to a US judge as I have asked them for evidentiary support which the FDCA requires them to provide if requested for the dispute.

I think it's funny how the workers have time to get on here and reply to posts to defend themselves. I wonder how often they get online and google themselves. They must be really busy "helping" people..lol. Whatever you gotta do to make a living I guess. But at the end of the day they have to know their job consumes what ever shred of human decency they have left, so they constantly lie to themselves to convince themselves that what they do is "help" people. The only thing they are helping is themselves..and they are helping themselves to broke ass people's money.

I kept getting calls from a 000-000-0000 number, so I picked up the phone and said hello. I had to wait and then a recording said to call a certain number:1-800-2721772, so I did. A women answered and never said who she was or what company. I asked and as she stalled she was able to get my number which I really do not care. She said "you are(my name) I said yes and again I asked who this company is. She then trans ferred me to a young woman who said I owe for T-moble. And I said I was not paying for because, I did not get the coverage they promised. Of course, we exchanged conversation back and forth. She had an attitude like a black person from the south would have. I know your company reads these and you know who I am. I know by law a person does not have to pay a debt collector. You can pay the original creditor.
If you are using tactics to scare a person, this is nothing but harassment, and you know I'm right. Let this be a warning now I will record each time I am talking with this company and will get enough conversations to report you to the Attorney General for my state.

The only reason mike wojcik hasnt been sued is because the company has his back. He is the worst person i ever met in my life. I worked for hom for almost 2 years. They commit fraud if they are not at client goal they will post date checks out of a fund they have but they dont care about your number the only thing they care about is commiting fraud on millions of dollars. Then putting you in a higher tax bracket. I heard mike wojcik on numerous occasions tell consumers that her was going to sue them he dont follow the fdcpa. The majority of the clients dont hit there monthly goal thats why thy post checks early so they can get more market share on a job they are not doing.
But all the clients that have bussiness placed with CCB credit Services needs to do a audit and can verify everything i said is true. Mike Wojcik needs to have his ''Church'' lay hands on him and cast out the demons.
