Avoid this company like the plague. They are a collection agency working as a "friendly" debt consolidation company. Very shady if you ask me. They will steal you blind. Never send them a post dated check. Always pay in money order if you have to pay them. They will electronically withdrawal funds from your account without your approval.

The most unprofessional person that my mother in law spoke to. He used threatening words, very rude, has her in tears. And how sad he's speaking that way to a 70 year old woman. Please give me the chance to talk to him and believe me this will be resolved. I will definitely leave my number for him to call me. Just for him to try to speak that way to me. The worst company that I ever heard of. I'm reading all the replys I feel that all your employees need a course in customer service, several courses

Sandra, are you trying to reach that collection agency? If so, I believe you have mistaken this website for them. We offer support to people looking for ways to resolve their debt issues. We do not call members or anybody else.

I am sorry for you and your mother, especially, that she was treated so terribly. It saddens me to know that there are cruel people.

I worked for this company. You must understand, this is debt collections, not customer service. If you treat it as such, they weed you out. They want only the rudest and most heartless people who apply there to stay. Michael Wojick is probably the man who made your grandmother cry. He made me cry nearly every day as an employee. I highly suggest filing suites against anything they do against the fdcpa (look it up, it's your rights against debt collection). They not only harass you as the debtors, but their own employees on a regular basis.

These people are soooo rude and unprofessional. I call to pay my debt and this man says "hello", is that how you are suppose to answer a business phone? I then responded with a hello and he flipped out! "Who is this calling my damn phone talking all loud!" ...I was not loud just a confused hello was all I gave him. I responded sorry I had the wrong #. Then I thought hey, this is a 1-877 phone number. I said, "Is this ccb services?" he said, "yea what can I do for you...my bad I thought you were a bill collector...ha"

But he was not the only rude one...

I had nothing but the best experience with CCB Credit Services. I am not a planted participant. At all times their customer service reps were polite, professional and overly friendly. They were efficient with all of my questions and requests. I wish all collection agencies acted like them..and believe me, I've had mightmarish experiences with many others.

FIVE STAR!!!

I had a great experience with CCB as well. They explained to me how everything worked and worked with me on making my payments. I was able to pay off my debts with post dated checks 3 months in advance and I didn't receive a call from them ever again after we made the arrangements. I also had the comfort of knowing that if I need to change the date of a check it wouldn't be a problem. Talk to these people and work with them because they are there for you!

According to the "CCB Credit Services" website (no spaces & a .com): "CCB Credit Services, Inc. began in 1933 as one privately held corporation with three employees in our office in Springfield, Illinois. Today, we're still in Lincoln's hometown, privately owned with 345 employees and counting."

Not too bright are you Jorge?
