For example: ˜* An accepted proposal will be ˜Balance w/ Chase=$ 4000 ˜Balance w/ all other creditors=$ 2000 ˜Total Indebtness=$ 6000 (Multipy $6000 by .70=$ 4200) ˜$ 4200 is more than the balance w/ Chase. ˜* A denied proposal will be ˜Balance w/ Chase=$ 4000 ˜Balance w/ all other creditors=$ 1000 ˜Total Indebtness=$ 5000 (Multipy $5000 by .70=$ 3500) ˜$ 3500 is less than the balance w/ Chase. Chase contributes 4% deduct fair share on payments sent electronically and as paper.
