I think that you should take the contact information in the first post and use it to get in contact with the creditors that you are trying to reach. Because when you post your concerns on this board, i don't think that it reaches the people that you are trying to get in contact with.

This is not Chase Bank and it is not Chase Credit Cards. It is a collection agency. I received a call from them today with only "Chase" displayed. This entitles me to a $1000 award from them because they are misrepresenting who they are, which is a violation of the FDCPA. I have relayed this to my consumer law attorney.

Word of advice to clients, do not place any file or account numbers on this website, thats how people get information about you and steal your identy,
