Julie	9 Jan, 2008 07:47:01 PM Hi Christina,I've read some of your posts re: Creditors Exchange and hoped you might be able to give me some info. They recently called my parents saying that "something happening on my account is out of character for me" and need to speak with me right away. They have never once called or written to me. I haven't been able to get in contact with the man who called and his supervisor couldn't find my "account" and I would not provide my mother's maiden name or my SSN. They seemed shady to me. I have no debt in collections and pulled up my credit report today and have no delinquencies at all. Are they a legit company? Do they only do collections/arbitrations? Can they harass my parents w/o any valid reason just to get info? I'd appreciate any info you can give me on this company and how to deal with them.

tired	31 Jul, 2007 08:18:28 PM Actually the law states after you dispute a bill and request validation of a debt the collection must reply in 30 days or the debt is void.
