 jamesscarlet | 5 May, 2007 10:05:25 AM dear christineporteri find myself in the same situation you may have been in a few weeks ago. i have taken out 3 pay day loans all on the same day and in aurora, IL. check n go is one of them and i defaulted on their first one and their repayment plan was for me to write 10 posted dated checks for every two weeks which doubled the origonal amount of 700.00 to 1400.00 totaled on those checks. i have stopped payment on three of them which leaves them holding 7 more checks. i am so lost and donkt know what to do, any suggestions would be a big help chrisine.thanks, james | |
