I just recievee a vague bill stating I owed a small past due amount from AT&T I told "MR. WIlliams" i would like to see a copy of the billing so that if he would be so kind to send it that I would be glad to look into it-
He started in that I was not going to pay it anyway and that he would not send me anything. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he said adios M.F. and hung up on me. No that is not very professional.
