Notes  They waive over- limit fees. They pull accnts from internal collection agencies. (Citibank's terminology for re- age is "CURED PROGRAM") They vary on re- aging accnts. Guidelines for re- age are as follows: Accounts must be 4 months or more past due. If account is over 178 days past due, account is not eligible for acceptances on program. If re- age never occurred prior to acceptance on the program, eligibility for re- age will occur after three payments is received. If re- aged occurred ONCE before acceptance on the program, eligibility for another re- aged will occur two years after the date of last re- aged. If re- age occurred TWICE before acceptance on the program, eligibility for another re- age will occur three years after the date of last re- age. If re- age occurred THREE TIMES before acceptance on the program, the account will be no longer eligible for re- age, ever. If account was re- aged on the program, and dropped, and then reset back up, they are no longer eligible for re- age - EVER. Client will be removed from program if Citibank does not have their point of contact; ie: home/ cell phone, and address.**** Some of these accounts were sold to Bank One - First USA. Clients have been notified and given updated account number. If a client's account was accepted by Citibank, Bank One will recognize and honor the benefits. If a client was not accepted by Citibank, Bank One will then request a new proposal sent to them.
