Notes  They do not accept pymtns thru rps. They also pull accnts from collection agencies. They vary on waiving any over- the- limit fees. These accnts were originally with Assicates Capital bank. Citifinancial took them over on December 1st, 2001. Proposals accepted prior to December 1st, 2001 would have their apr lowered to 8%, waive any late fees or over- the- limit fees, and would also re- age accnts after the third pymnt.
