CRS basically checks credit reports and sues your for some inflated amount that you owe to a creditor. But, the creditor knows nothing about CRS. If you pay CRS, its like your money was stolen because your creditor will know nothing about CRS clollecting a debt on their behalf. I paid CRS 1081.04. It was not reported to the bureaus, CRS was not listed on my credit report as a collection agency acting on behalf of a creditor. The original creditor claims that received no funds from CRS on my behalf. I'm out of 1081.04 and my credit rating continues to drop because of this. CRS is fraudulent!!!

I dealt with crs and they were fantastic people to work with they set me up on minimum ppmts and told me at any time they could save me money if I could pay at once but if i cant that was allright too I owed them a lot of money and they were very willing to work with me and i have been paying them and when I was going to miss a ppmt all I had to do was call and let them know they are very honest and trustworthy co.
