We only require 100% after the debtor has lied or broken promises numerous times. Laughing

That makes sense. That is how it used to be in student loan collections when someone can't be relied on to follow through with a settlement or keep current with a rehabilitation. Understanding hard times by all means, it is still dangerous for a debtor to agree to something they are unsure of.
