HEAR HEAR bridget, right on all counts.only problem is it will fall on deaf ears.they are evil.that being said it would be like asking them to look in the mirror.seeing as they can't cast a reflection it's pointless, but i agree with everything you've said.

This is not the time or the plce to be a jerk to everyone you are tring to collect on.You are luck you have a job to sit your fat ass in a chair and pretend your some bad ass pushing people who had jobs to pay for there debt ,now have lost there jobs to god knows what ,to give you there grocrey money and electric payments. By asking tham to make automatic drafts from there accounts they have gone into some other collections "that your office will get"they have to rob from peter to pay paul. Most of us were repsonsible when we got our credit, but it is hard to repay when the first thing to pay is our nessesities ,like food, water gas ,morgage or rent.It seams that your boss is a greedy m f while he is makeing a killing of of bought accounts. You shiould be ashamed of your self being dicks/bitches at the people that keep you wirkig .So in one sentence all I have to say is GO SRCEW OFF.

mmm mmm mmm that's the attitude and vocabulary that landed you in the hands of an atty to begin with- don't think maybe you should read your contractual agreement with the bank and see why this is now a problem which escalated to legal recovery??? so very sad to see how many do not realize we are the last stop, and when we call to offer remedy, most are afraid, but some are very nasty, and usually end the conversation with "do what you have to do". How sad that that makes US the cretens, when under the law, "doing what we have to do "after that conversation is file with the courts and send a process server to your home to enforce a contract which no one forced you to enter into to begin with! MOST people want to take care of business, but that handful that thinks it's ok to take from the banks and complain after the 180 days pass that you are in default , your reported as charged off- that's the handful I personally have no sympathy for.: and usually the ones making the most noise on these websites.

i have no sympathy for humanoids who want to spout garbage.was there anytime this bottomfeeder actualy tok someone to court?i'm not counting defaults because you had to resort to either improper service or venue.the only instances i have seen og this or any other bottomfeeder in court is when they are the defendent not the plaintiff.typical stupidity from your kind.must be you are not getting your scam over so you come on.nice of you to do that.now back to the phones you have people to illegaly threaten.

Not all debtors are deadbeats who just don't feel like paying bills. Some of us lost our full-time jobs several years ago when the economy fell and are lucky if, even with college degrees, we can find temp work - you bottom feeding lowlife!!!

How sad for you, you moron, that you pretend to be a "lawyer" and can't even spell a third grade word like "cretin." Hah!! Where'd you get your so-called law degree, a Happy Meal box???

Why don't you go back to third grade and learn how to spell a simple word like "cretin"? Do you really think anyone would believe you work in a real law firm and maybe even have a a law degree? Where'd you get it from, McDonald's??
