can not get rio to reply to emails or faxes.
Sabrina Collins will not acknowledge any emails she stated after the first one that it was being forwarded to the legal department.
the thing is they have an address in Oklahoma I am in Oklahoma and they are not following Oklahoma law.
Any one have contact info on there legal department.

Can you explain the situation a little more so that we can offer you suitable advice? Rio Resources has been complained for using aggressive collection techniques on the people. There are many discussions about this company in the forum. Put the name in the search box above and you will understand their dealings.

This is very interesting...I always heard from them right away...I recd the refund they owed me right when they said I should...I wonder since everyone is figuring everything out they don't know what to do!

well the funny thing i find with them is they cant use the excuse that you fall under the laws of the state where we are at. I am In Oklahoma and they have an address here.

I contacted Rio Resources by fax at 866-668-0535 and by email at compliancedepartment(at)rioresourcesllc.com. I requested a refund of overcharged amounts and I heard back from them the next day via email. I also received a refund check within a week of their email.

I never heard from them concerning my letter either but they signed for it.....

I sent my letter around 6/2, I faxed it and sent it certified. I just refaxed some letters today telling them, this is it, you have till Monday and I already heard back from one. So, maybe I just have to be pushy?

JJ they Finally responed i guess i will be purseing them in other ways right now I am perparing my letter to A.G.'S office. Their solution was i PAY $300.00 the principal I have loan s with them for $2500 have paid 2200 in principal and $3772.5 in interest By Oklahoma law that is overcharging in the amount of $1965.00.
