Has anyone heard of "Casey Worman"? Does anyone know if she's actually an attorney, or who she "represents?"

This lady works in Pre-Litigation Inc. She might be calling you for some debt account with your lenders. She will insist you to send money immediately. Do not make any wrong move. Ask her to validate the debt before you make any payments.

Pre-Litigation Inc? Is that a collection company? She never would tell me who she was working for or trying to get money for. I have turned all my remaining PDLs over to T&C, can I still try to pay them that way or do I have to pay her?

I will not send any money to Pre-litigations. They are a debt collection agency with many complaints on violations of the federal laws. If you send them money, chances are it will go into their pocket. They never give out documentation so that will leave no proof of your payments done. Try dealing with the original companies with the help of T&C. That will be much better.

Send a cease and desist letter to Pre-litigations and keep them away from you.

Be careful when you talk to the lady next time. She must follow the federal laws first before taking any actions against you. If they don't have a case against you, they will never go to the court. Just be sure that you don't put any wrong move like a commitment to pay the debt without documentation. If they get your statement recorded, they will hold it against you.

Read this info. You will be aware of your legal rights.
