ok a place called united processing inc called me and said i needed to pay 447.71 for my cash in minutes loan. so did cause they said they would take me to court and i dont need to go to court going to court would mean my family would find out what kind of trouble i am in. so i took the money from my g/p's account. now i need to know if i can fight back and get a refund? i live in oklahoma. and i believe the cash in minutes loan was for only 100.00. can someone help me get a refund?

and does anyone know how i can get about 6,000 to get out of this mess i am in. i'm just so depressed again right now cause i can't get no more hours at work the bills are starting to pile up again. the bank wont give me no loan i dont care at this point how much i have to pay back i just want to get 6,000 to pay off my debts and be done with them im so desperate right and please dont say debt consolidation cause the 6,000 is a person not a company. what am i going to do....i have no idea sometimes i just hope i dont get up in the mornings. its gotten outta hand i need help so bad. im sorry im rambing.

Identity-crisis...Didn't you just have a $4000 loan shark problem not too long ago?
How did it get to $6000?

Hang in there! I'm praying for you. Take a step back. Things are never as bad as they seem. We all go through struggles for a reason. You'll come out of this a better person. Keep trying.

ID, I am very sorry to say, please don't take my words in other way. I want to make you see things in a better way. The problem is that you lack financial planning and this is the reason you are not able to manage your money. You are doing the same mistake of borrowing money from others to pay back the present loans. You might fall in the same situation in the future as you are now. Try to gather that much money you can pay back. Nobody will lend you unless you are able to return them back in the right time. Look around yourself for the sources of income and try to reduce the expenses to the minimum. If you can control your expenses, you will be able to do some savings for emergencies. The most important thing is that you need a second job so that you can roll over. Please don't take my words in other way. I would have taken this advice if I had been in your shoes and improve my situation. Proper management is a must!

Identity Crisis - I too hurt my family by my money woes, but the thing that hurts the most is the fact that I hurt them. I can handle things when it's happening to me, but I hurt them. My family is very supportive of me, and they showed me that their love is unconditional. Where you said you didn't want to get up some mornings, I've been there. I think that everyone has. You sound like you are in such despair. Everyone in this forum knows your pain and feelings, but you have to start climbing upward now instead of going backwards. Borrowing more money to pay back money you owe will not help. Just digs you in deeper.

Identity_crisis,
The pdls can't have you arrested, but your Grandfather could. You had to have known it was only a matter of time before he found out.. It's time for you to sit him down and have a talk with him. You NEED to level with him and tell him the entire truth. He will be very angry, but he may help you more than you expect. Plus, you will feel a lot better and be able to handle things a lot easier if you have this out.
You CAN work this out. I wish you the best, let us know what happens.

Finsfan is right. Talk to your grandfather. It will get the load off of your shoulders. The burden of carrying around that much guilt, is going to bring you down and make things worse. Get it all out on the table.

This is great advice they have given you. You need to level with your grandfather and whoever else can help you. Don't let the pdl's make idle threats to you and don't be scared of them. Stand up for yourself. Take a deep breathe and take care of yourself!

Next time a PDL says they will have you or your grandfather arrested, just say, "Yeah, ok. I've been thinking about taking a vacation...Does the jail have an indoor pool?" THEY CAN NOT ARREST YOU! Period.

Talk to your grandfather...I bet he'll surprise you. And PAY HIM BACK...Set up payments with him..He'll be easier to work with than the PDLs, or taking another loan right? And the best thing about it, is you'll be getting out of the mess...

And as has been said, a second job may help you out...Every little bit helps. You don't have to do it for long, just enough to get ahead...And the busier you are, the less money you can spend, right? Smile

I am totally confused. Cannot help because you need to elaborate further. You are annonymous here so feel free to post more information ( leaving peoples names off )

Who is this 6,000 owed to? A person? A gangster? Someone who you believe will do you bodily harm if you don't pay?

How much do you owe in PDL's?

One word of advice - be honest. Lying to your family is the worst thing you can do. I am sure your Grandfather loves you more than money but if he can's trust or believe you then that can do the most harm.

my boyfriend is going to be doing an out of town job making about 1200 or more a week so i'll get of the pdls faster cause he wants to help me thank god. and my grandpa knocked off about 1200 from what i owe him and so now im down to about 6200 to pay him back and my grandpa will i slettig me pay 100.00 week which is good and i am taking someone's advice from another thread and getting a second job i just hope i can stand up to it but i wont have no one at home when my boyfriend leaves town. so a 2nd job will be perfect keep me busy and plus where i will be working if they ahire i can get old pizza take him wont have to worry about cooking or buying a lotta of groceries. rihgt now just have to worry about the rent and gas to get back and forth til he goes out of town.
