I am trying to send this firm a cease and desist letter...I sent one via overnight, return receipt requested, and so far they have not been available to receive the letter, per the USPS. So, I would like to fax them the letter, but I have been unable to find a fax number anywhere. Does anyone have a fax number for Thomas K. Bamford, 1201 Richardson Drive, Suite 201, Dallas, TX 75083? I am not sure but you can call this number of their office and inquire about the fax number. Its (214) 343-6364.
You can also use this additional address if that helps:

Good for you! Now you can send the cease and desist letter through certified mail with return receipt requested. And keep a copy documented in your file for records. The lawyers must stop contacting you after receiving your letter. If they try to place a contact, it will result one of the fdcpa violations and you can take legal actions against them.
