Got a call on recorder from this number,couldn't understand them,but sounded like Clark Danson?The caller id said 704-671-3096...Thanks ...Karen

Thanks Polly-guess I'll break down and call them I am afraid it is LVNV,never have gotten a debt validation from them.Or NCO about my son who is on disabilitys' account from 5-8 years ago,they sure are nasty people  ...Karen

I was receiving calls from this number in the past. They say a long message.."Please don't hang up. This is not a sales call. It's about private financial matter." Then it leaves an 800 number and case number to reference.
I was earlier wondering if this is from a collection agency. As far as I know, none of my accounts have reached that far. When I call them back, it gives a "disconnected" tone

Yep, they're a collection agency. Their automation was bugging my dad about someone who FORMERLY had the same phone number! (Too much trouble to Google or WhoWhere, I guess....)

Debt collector recording that did not provide even a name of who they are looking for. I reported them to the FTC and then called and left a nasty curse out message for them to remove my phone number out of their database.
