I made an arrangement (via email) with PD6 Ventures/Express Cash to make a payment of $50 today toward the outstanding amount I owe them. Today, I have an amount of $571.25 comingo out of my checking account by Geneva Roth. Does anyone know if PD6 Ventures/Express Cash uses Geneva Roth for collection? The phone number my bank gave me to contact Geneva Roth (816-881-8250) just rings -- no answer. The bank can't stop this payment from coming through my account and it's going to cause all sorts of bouncing of other items that are being paid. If this is the work of PD6 Ventures/Express Cash, can they take out the whole amount owing rather than what I expressly authorized them to take ($50). I hope this makes sence -- I'm in a complete panic right now. Thanks.

1st: Breathe! 2nd: I've never heard of Geneva Roth being used for collections. Is the 571.25 the total of what you owe PD6?

I believe this is his direct office number. Try calling Mr.Bradley maybe he can help. He is very civil though stubborn, so be prepared to hold your ground. Also, research your bank records to be sure wheter or not you took a loan from Geneva Roth.

I had a loan with Geneva Roth but another name they use is called Loan Point USA. I didn't have any problems with them and I paid my loan in full. My loan was for $100. Call this number 1 (800)351-8820 and fax number is 1(800)351-8830. Go to website loanpointusa.com and submit your questions or concerns. Good Luck
