Is Geneva Roth Ventures also PD6 Ventures or Zurich Ventures by any chance? GR Ventures took money from my bank account and I have no idea who they are! Can anyone help with this?

Call them and know the purpose of the debit in your account if you aren't sure. Geneva Roth has connections with Loan Point USA. Go to their website loanpointusa.com and you can submit your questions and concerns.

Geneva Roth is recently doing many such unauthorized debits. More and more people are having complaints against them. If you do not have a loan with them, call your bank and place the debits on dispute. Strike hard to get your money back. Read these complete threads.

these are some mean people.they called my job telling me that im geting sued and to stop the lawsuite i would have to pay a restitution.. as stated by mr boulles.. i told him dont call my job again and he saying im a racist and he was going to try and get me fired.. i sent a c &d letter immediatly and contqcted t & c to add them to the consolidation program.. let me know if u had any bad expirences with these bozoos

I recieved a phone call from a Mr.Wiggins from a Geneva Roth. I am wondering if this is the same company you are all talking about. When I asked them to fax over the paper work it came back E-PAYDAYNOW.COM on the top part of the fax letterhead. They informed me that they were and attorney's office and they continue to call me at work. I have no other information on this company....please help..

I'm having similar problems with Geneva Roth and "Shane"...I've asked them to send me the paperwork to show I've had a loan with them, and was told they did so....I have never received anything other than numerous phone calls from them and a few e-mails.

Cmg, did you ever take a loan from them in the past? If not, their phone calls and emails don't actually confirm that you have a loan with them. Their must be a binding contract to prove its legitimacy.

i toke out a loan with them in 2006, but it looks as if they found my information and debit from my account what i owed them before. It was a loan for $100 which i defaulted on, but shouldn't they give you notice that they are withdrawing from your account they first put a hold for $1 i was curious as when i did a dollar debt then the debit came through next day for $279.97 I called them and flag my bank that this was unauthorized. when i did i reach a lady who was very rude. and said that i bounce checks with their company. I say oh well so that take that money from my account now they are legally obligated to take it off my credit report this is what I say. At least I am rid of these scum bags.. and the people they employ..hopefully. once everything clears my account which were authorized by me.. i plan on shutting my account out. and disputing this collection on my credit report. Screw these douche!
