Can anyone tell what credit companies can do to
you after dismissal of bankruptcy. They are coming
back again to collect there money. Our bankruptcy
paid some of the amounts but not all. Our lawyer
sucked and this is why our bankruptcy was dismissed
instead of discharged. What can we do now, my
husband is co-owner of a business. What can they
do to us and our business. Our debt is credit card
unsecured, MBNA, CitiBank, Bank of America and firs
USA. What should we do at this time. Can anyone
please help.
Thanks

When was your bankruptcy dismissed? Under the federal laws, you can again refile for bankruptcy after a period of 180 days. Talk to an expert lawyer in your area about your options. You have to take quick actions before the creditors take legal actions against you.

I myself have been taken to court and had to pay creditors after judgement. As a matter of fact, it was three of them.
Even though legal actions were taken and I was made to pay them back. I stopped paying all my creditors at once and filed bankruptcy.
All creditors finished and no longer bother me. One problem your husband has is, he is co-owner of a bussiness and makes him basically able to pay some things back.
Oh, one of my creditors were MBNA also and I no longer owe them anything either.
