I had a loan out with express cash and they have been included in my consolidation program since May and when I spoke to them back then they had no problem with my payment proposal.
Today I'm checking my email and I get an email today from their legal department. KEEP IN MIND THIS WAS SENT TO ME TODAY.

DOES ANYBODY SEE WHAT'S WRONG WITH THIS.....check out the date she wants me to contact her by.... Not only that but they attached two different forms. One was a form to fill out my banking authorization to give them permission to debit my account biweekly with a payment I choose. The second form was for me to give them authorization to charge my credit card with payments as well. Do they seriously think I would be stupid enough to give them this information...LOL

I assume this is a generic email for those who are in the list of defaults in their system. Call them and say that your payment arrangement with them is already done with your consolidation company. Do you have the proof of your past arrangements?

It sounds like you already have an arrangement and you can disregard the email...or you could call as you suggested.

If you have dealt with them - will they take you to court? I am going to pay them next week but I have an outstanding balance since April trying to pay them because of a check fraud - I just want to pay them and be done - if anyone can help me with this - I want to make sure that they won't take me to court - store front PDL - last one forever thank GOD
