For all of you who think Bennett and Deloney are only a collection agency, think again. I work for them and have met both lawyers, Mr. Bennett and Mr. Deloney, who own the firm. The firm is registered with the Utah State Bar, and is legitimate. Any person who is being contacted by Bennett and Deloney is facing a potential lawsuit.

Bennett and Deloney opperates in several western states and is expanding quickly. Thinking they are only able to sue in Utah is not true

and what states do they have offices in? just because they collect in states does not mean they are licensed to practice law and/or are licensed to collect debt.
