Hey Raffi,
Start recording the phone call. Make sure that you don't miss these opportunities when you have the legal case against the collectors for violating the federal and state laws. Check in your state laws whether you can do the phone call recording secretly or you have to take consent from the other end. In most states, you don't have to. Pre-litigations is affiliated with Ellis Crosby Scam. You will surely win the case against them because Pre-litigation is found to violate the federal and state laws in a number of cases.

the number comes up as united federal bank out of new jersey i dnt have a address but lookin in to this thay threatend me at work and would not stop calling my boss got on the line and thay threatend him am going to take legal action on this thay are not a collection agancy i know that for a fact thay also told me that i was going to lose my job and go to jail for fraud how is that all my info is correct i had to close my bank account because i lost my old job and needed to so i could get caught up on bills etc. and thay said that i created internet bank and electronic fraud all thay are trying to do is scare u in to paying thim do not pay any thang at all
