hi has anyone heard of the little loan shoppe. i know there a payday loan company on the internet based out of canada.. i took a loan out with them and i defulted with them there nsf charges is 150 dolloars and on the contract it says by signing this you will not included this loan in bankrupcy or debt consolidation..
i havent heard from this comapny and dont know what to do will they work with t&c please help

Hi Perry, check out with your Dept. of Finance whether they are licensed to do business in your state. The company must have to follow the legal business norms and file papers about their business before lending in the borrower's state.
