If anybody has the e-mail and fax numbers for ASAP, looks like they don't want to talk to me anymore from "Bahamas Marketing"/United Processing Company, so I'll need to e-mail and fax them my letter and contact info. with the AG. THANKS

I'm in OH, I've already filed with AG's office and so far they have got Xpress Cash to mark my acct. paid in full. They have also forwarded these complaints to the Commerce Dept/Div. of Financial Institutions. Is the Bahmas people a dba of ASAP?

I knew things were about to heat up it's been almost three weeks. I'm ready for the threats, I won't be intimidated by them.

I called the(913)432-7444 number, it no longer works, the phone company couldn't find it and said that it is more than likely an old cell phone number. The other number just goes into a voice mail giving office hours and says if you've reached this then we are closed (During business hours you gave?) and you are directed to a general voicemail if you don't know your ext. whichis probably just a gen. voicemail that never gets checked.

Ok, good job! You already have filed your complaints where it should have been. I don't know if ASAP is the DBA name of Bahamas. I will check on this and let you know.

Thanks Christina. It may be that Bahama's Mktg is some type of collection agency they use. They tried to use some scare tactics (ie: "I afidavit lady of court") They got mad when I called them on their bluff an hung up on me, I called back they actually refused my calls, so I left the AG contact info. should they need to verify that there is an actual complaint against ASAP.
