They called me last night and told me the are sueing me for a credit card that i am 60 days late on. Mind you that I have started a debt program. Also this is the 1st time that is account has ever been 60 days late too.I am so scared I do not know what to do. I just started the program and every thing. Please let me anything on this company. thanks

Have you tried checking them out with the BBB? I've never heard of them.

They are a subsidiary of TSYS a collections/debt mgt. company. They are attorneys. Google National attorney network and it will take you to TSYS company page. It looks like they work with many banks and retail companies.

first of all remember that until you are served, you are not being sued. Likely their call was a threat to sue if you don't pay. call the original creditor and.or them to see if you can set up arrangements
