This is the law firms information but I would contach the BB in mennesota also and see if there are any complaints in regards to them also you can contact the bar association in Minnesota

Yeh, I just got done dealing with thes A**H****! That ROB THOMAS IS THE WORST. He had given me like 3 different settlement amounts, and told me they had to be paid by such and such date or else he would not offer the settlement. Oh, and my favorite part is when you ask for an itemized list or some sort of proof they get really pissed off and tell you that they have nothing more to say and hang up. Then when you call back they tell you that they will charge you for the phone calls, and then they hang up on you when you call back. If I were you I would avoid this company. Nothing but robots that have scripts on how to be ass holes. Keep in mind most of them that sit in that call office are probably sitting on some debt themselves!

I just delt with rob myself and what a little punk. Hey rob when someone contacts you to clear up an 8 year old debt you should not be such an ass!!! All you are is a telephone tough guy. Now that I sent your money why don't you return any of my calls? Talk to me when you have nothing over my head, or don't you have the balls! In short if I was to do it again i wouldn't have delt with that idiot.
