Everyone listen!!!! Ignore every phone call from these crooks... They are ruthless and do not care about anything... Just avoid them if at all possible. Tell them they have the wrong number and they will move on to the next......

These Muther frs called and threaten to sue for $$$$ money I have been disputing for 12 years and never owed. I have a letter from the original creditor stating that I don't owe the money and this was 4 years ago!!! nothing for four year on credit report and then the call from some little asshole threatening me!!! I can't wait. The original disputed amount was $141.00 dollars the asshole says I owe them $641.00.... any ideas

Minerep,send them a copy of the letter from the original creditor showing payment and your own personal love letter telling them to go pis* up a rope because your debt is paid and no longer exists.Send it certified return receipt mail. If they continue to collect after receipt of said letter,sue them for damages.

Vin, I have the exact same issue, the debt that I had from Bank of America was from 2001, and it was 1,000. Now they are claiming that I owe 8,700. This company has been calling and harassing my family, friends, even had the nerve to call the church I attend!!! They told my family member that they were at the courthouse filing a judgement at a courthouse in Florida, and I had two hours to reply. I had never even heard a word from them prior about the debt. Then I find out that they are located in New York!! They also did not respond to my request for debt validation yet. SHADY!!

I just got something on my credit report saying that I owe these guys 2475! It said that I opened a ANB college classic credit on 02/07. I didn't! The contact number on the credit report is disconnected.

I was just in contact with the Marshall Ziolkowski shysters. I asked for a verification letter, their license number, their registered agent number, proof of their legal authority to collect debts in Florida,and proof that the debt had not surpassed the statute of limitations; the agent became hostile, told me I am not entitled to any verification, that he had done me a favour by calling me, and hung up the phone as I was responding.

Shenanigans are afoot.

I just received a call on behalf of my father. They are stating that he owes them over $3100 from 1994. They offered to take $1000 off the bill if he pays them by 5pm today. When continuing with the conversation, he brought the balance down from $3100 to $1000. It didn't seem on the up and up so I decided to investigate the firm. I am glad that I did. They are waiting to hear from him with all the information. Can anyone tell me more information?

I'm glad I found other people going thru the same thing I am. This company called harrasing me with the same scenarios I'm reading about here. They threaten to sued me and even garnish my wages. The nerve! They also told me that I owe them $9,000 from a credit card debt. A credit Casrd that I have not owned since 1999. Does anyone know if they are licensed to collect in FL. or even how to get rid of them?

I have been dealing with them over a suppose debt from Bank of America from nearly ten years ago! I also asked for details as nothing is on my credit report of such debt and I do not recall it...they could only send me an affidavit from their office. This doesn't prove anything! Now they say they are suing me! Something just didn't seem right to me!

These guys are what you call scavenger debt collectors. They buy debt from creditors that the creditors can no longer legally can collect on. This is becoming a big time business!!! If they call you do not arrange any type of payment and do not admit that the debt is yours. (It seems like they also like to make up ficticous accounts) Instead mail a certified debt verification letter and also be sure to include a letter stating you no longer wish to be contacted via phone or internet. That should put an end to it, but if doesn't be sure to record and copy everything so you can sue the pants off of these scumbags. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE GUYS!!! These guys know the rights we have better than we do so as soon as you stand up to them they will go away. They do not want to go to court because thye know they will lose.

These people have contacted me recently, and I know they are not legit. Similar stories, with similiar names, so don't let them get away with this "FRAUD" that they are doing. FTC, GEN ATT, BBB, whatever you can do to bring them down. The more reporting the better. God Bless.

Last December I recieved several calls from them being young and scared I payed them over the phone by cc. Stupid me wouldn't just hang up like my hubby told me to. They e-mailed me a letter stating that the account was paid in full. I asked for a letter through the mail and I have yet to recieve on. 3 days ago my phone rang it was an automated message. Regaurding none other then....... The same account number that I paid off 6 months ago. I have just stopped answering the phone.
