ANNA here< JESI, they are trying the same thing with me AND the REAL BASS and Asscoiates in AZ not FLORIDA has an attorny general complaint agaisnt them. We need to file class action, they tried for 500 from me also.

Report Bass and Associates to your attorney general. Everyone here will have the same advice for you. They are not following any of the laws in collections mentioned in the fdcpa. The procedure of a legal collection is mentioned in the FDCPA and they are not following even a fraction of it. Here is the FDCPA link
