Received this in an email from Langhorne:
500FastCash, Ameriloan, One Click Cash, United Cash Loans and/or USFastCash. These "lenders" are nothing more than brands of loans offered by a single company, CLK Management. CLK is one of the most difficult lenders we deal with. They follow no laws and exist solely for the purpose of extracting the maximum profits from their borrowers.
ile regulatory complaints with your own state authorities and the Kansas Bank Commissioner. (The company is located in Kansas.)
This company is not licensed to make loans in any jurisdiction. Instead, they claim an Indian tribe is the “real” lender and they are therefore immune from state laws. However, this argument has already been rejected by several states and the company is coming under increasing legal attack.

Huh. I put in the name under the BBB just to see what would come up. 500FastCash did come up with just CLK Management listed underneath it. I didn't see any of the other names. However, Langhorne stated that they are located on an Indian Reservation in Kansas? How about Oklahoma. And, I wonder if the name MTE means anything to Langhorne. Now I'm wondering about this CLK Management.

That surely is interesting but all I did was call Intercept EFT, told them that UsFastCash was debiting against a revoked account and they emailed UFC while I was on the phone with them. I then sent a copy of my C and D letter to UFC over to Intercept, then I emailed a copy of Intercepts email over to UFC and within 30 hours I had a paid in full, account closed and I still have an outstanding balance. Same thing with Star Advance. It was pretty simple for me once I made the right connections.

United Cash Loans is located at the Miami, Oklahoma address, which is an Indian Reservation. The Miami Tribe of Oklahoma is allowing them to conduct busniess there because they got kicked out of Nevada and packed up to hide out on this Indian Reservtion. They will claim that they do not have to follow US Law because Indian law is sovereign. Just because they say that, doesn't make it so. They are SO ILLEGAL.
Close your bank accounts so they don't take another cent. You must close your bank account they are taking from immediately! You may have to change your phone numbers. File complaints with the AG of Oklahoma (they will refer your complaint to the Oklahoma Dept. of Consumer Credit, but that's ok), your state AG, the BBB of Oklahoma (but they won't respond to that), your state Banking Dept., etc. They are completely ILLEGAL and UNLICENSED in all states. They can't do ANYTHING TO YOU. Remember that. They will not sue you because they know they can't winand it will cost them more than the amount you supposedly "owe". If they call you at work after you've tole them not to, complain, complain, complain to the above mentioned and the FTC. The problem is, these people don't care about US Law. But they can't collect on you and certainly won't win any judgment. They are the worst of the worst, along with B.I.G./Route 66, etc.
Don't spend a second of your life stressing over these people. They are involved in much litigation against them right now, and they are appealing it. Be firm and strong with them. Whatever they tell you is a lie. Most of all, don't ever give them your new bank account information, credit card.debit card #'s under any circumstances - even if they threaten you. They will do anything to get this information, but don't give it out -ever.

I would believe that they are processed by Intercept EFT and use Bremer Bank as the originator. Call them and tell them that you have revoked your authorization for ACH debits. Send a copy of your C and D letter over to Intercept. Copy that email over to another email and then send that info to the PDL. You have to let the processor know that they are debiting on a revoked account. You have to let the PDL know that the processor is now aware of that illegal move. You have nothing to lose by trying this route. You may just find yourself with a PIF. It worked for me and it probably could work in your favor as well.

Thanks, paul! You've SO got to be kidding me though! Good Lord Almighty! Maybe this is why USFastCash ignored my a$$ until they got tired of my state AG and said "Fine! Go away!" I've seen that address before, but it was "before". The "new" address is maybe just another "hub"??? Maybe? Man, can you imagine how many friggin offices they have around the states?

Aminah, you know how illegal this company is. Now they are trying to steal your tax rebate. Just tell them that they can use their tax stimulas payment and send you the refund that they owe you.

Did you call Bremer Bank too, or just work with Intercept EFT when you were trying to settle with UFC? Were you able to get a refund?
I'm guessing they owe me somewhere in the thousands, but would settle for a pif!

United Cash Loans is completely shameless, aren't they? Asking that you use your tax rebate to pay money that you don't owe? I haven't had them use that line on me yet, but won't be surprised if they do. I DO believe I'll have to decline their "generous offer."
