Does anyone have an address for United Cash Loan? I have the NM one but not sure that is still correct.
I have sent them a VOD months back and have never heard anything from them until yesterday when I got an e-mail.
Do I have to re-send the letter again? How long is the original letter good for?

United Cash Loans is located in Oklahoma and is one of Rio Resources sister companies. They are not licensed in any state that I have found and do not fall for any of their scare tactics. Let them know you know the laws regarding pdls in your state.

Thanks for the new address. The phone number in my e-mail is different and the website link shows that I am dealing with pinionpaynow.
Do I have to re send a new VOD letter or send them copies of the one I sent several months ago?
I have not paid them one dime. I know they do not play by the rules, which AG to I file a complaint with?

You file the complaint against them with the AG in Oklahoma. Be informative in the complaint. Resend the VOD letter. Looks like they have turned it over to inhouse collections. You state you haven't paid them anything. Have you paid back any of the principal amount borrowed?

No. Are they the same company that was in NM? That is were I sent the VOD?
When they first contacted me about a year ago about the payday loan, I had made arrangements at that point until I discovered this site and changed my bank account so that they could not withdraw from it.
I then dealt with a Kathleen Robinson, and sent VOD letters back in the begining of this year and she gave me a hard time, she claimed they never got the letter but I have the CMRR with a signature and have not heard anythiny from them until yesterday when they e-mailed me at work, telling me I owe $600.00 and gave me a website link Link deleted as per forum rules - Mike
which I have not responded to.

I never knew United Cash Loans was in New Mexico. But, when it comes to United Cash Loans, anything is possible. When the proper people get hot on their trail they pack up and move on til they get caught again.

I thought Rio Resources was based out of New Mexico now. Or I'm losing my mind  Granie410, do a complaint like Tammy suggested in Oklahoma as well as the state that you are in. They can be tricky to deal with and you have proof they received the letter that you sent. Keep everything documented.

Rio is in Oklahoma, but if the heat started coming down on them, they probably packed up and moved again.

Now they told BBB of NV that if I had a legal compliant that I should send it in writting to their legal department and they would "review" it. I was asking for a refund on a loan that was Paid in Full in October but I had overpaid by $900.oo. I'm not sure I will continue to pound them but at least they answered the BBB compliant.
I also recived a refund today from CMG the intresting thing is the return address was a address in Nevis, I read on this site that that was a drop box, they sent me a USPS money Order which was great.

They call me from a number listed on caller id as 0000000000 but leave a number as 1-800-701-7565. They harass me at work and say nasty and bad things to me. How can i stop this or can i?

I'm getting out of my payday loans, and the "response phone #" I received from Unitedcashloans.com is 1-800-410-9275. Don't know if that's any good for you or not. (this was the # listed in an e-mail they sent me on 12/18/07, so it shouldn't be an old phone #) (as the payday loans are illegal here in Maryland, I've already e-mailed them a few times that they won't be getting any more $$$, and that if they have questions they should be contacting the "financial folks" w/ the State goverment of Maryland - they haven't replied to me about that, as of now)

I got a loan from the above company on Aug 13,2007 via the internet. So far I havw repaid then $945
but when I called to find how much more i owed i was told $307. I was paying $90 a month. Then caused
me back account to have several NDF charges because
they deducted the money any time of the month that they wanted.The cost so far of the loan of $300 has been $945. I am changing the account so they will not do it again.
