How much loan have you taken from them? Figure out the total money withdrawn by them and the legal charges put by your state. If you have paid the full amount, the company must not withdraw anything. You need to get your account closed by the company.

I never got a loan ffrom DMS Marketing LoanShop but, yesterday they took 90.00 out of my checking account. I have 3 too many pay day loans but, none of them are this conmpany. I have spoken to the rest and they have been over 1month ago. This is a new charge but I had not borrowed any more money from anyone. Anyone aware of this type of rip-off? How did they get my info? Sad

I had the same problem. The reason for the company name change is that this is a total fraud. I spoke to the COO of a company'whose name they were using. He told me that his company traced this fradulent company to the island of Kiwi (located somewhere in the South Pacific and that the company is a complete fraud.)

Report this to your bank. I got all of my fees and 5 payments (they stole from my account) that totalled $450.00.

Your bank should immediately close your existing account(s) and give you new bank accounts not connected to your existing accounts.

I have faxed and e-mailed this company yet they still continued to remove money from my account my bank has put a stop to this and been very helpful. It cost me 15.00 to bloch their access but it was well worth it they are not staying within the laws Good Luck and my advice go to your bank. Laughing

pyleus4e i have a laon with this company also they are a fraud for real can they come after me? i calle xpress cash i got a loan for 300 dollars they said i owe them 600 now since two payment ago what is this are they a fraud i called them to make arrangement tthey said they have no way the can take a money order so how can i get the money to them i am not giving out a bank number because i closed it out so what to do in this situation? they sound really mean to me so no one will make a settlement with me what to do.?

Explain to them you no longer have a bank account because of unathurized debits to your account. If they want you to pay your loan they will have to accept payments with money orders if they refucse your offer to pay then do not send it keep copies of all your e-mails with them if on the phone let them know and do record them all. You can not be criminalyy charged because of debit nor should they be refusing your offer of payment. Why has the amount owed doubled? What are your state laws have you looked into them? If not contact your AGs office do not despair send them 300.00 keep your records you should be covered by this

dont know the laws by hard but i have a copy of it are they illegel, they are hard they refused me and said they are not set up to take money order.

DMS is right here in Kansas City but don't want to admit it so they won't take money orders. Almost all the internet lenders are here but pretend to be somewhere else.

This sounds all to real as DMS MARKETING/EXPRESS CASH just hit my Credit Union Account for $25, for three days straight! Put me in the red for a lot of money. Who are these people? and how can they just pick someone out of the blue and hit their bank accounts? I filed a complaint with Az., A.G. office and they told me that DMS isnt suppose to be doing business in Az. Going to my Credit Union today and putting a stop to this crap right now!

Yep, I hate DMS Marketing. I am STILL fighting with them. In fact, my boss is about to call and tell them off right now. They are STILL calling me at work after I have told them many times not to and quoted laws to them prohibiting them from doing so. They go by Westbury Ventures, Mt. Oread Ventures, and The Loan Shop for sure. Not sure what other names they go by.
