I was just checking Spectrum out on the Better Business Bureau.

1. They are not accredited by the Bureau
2. They are listed as an EVICTION SERVICE
3. Their BBB Raiting is a C+

Complaint Experience:Most complainants allege receiving bills or mysterious charges on their phone bills that they know nothing about. After further investigation, it appears the charges are for adult entertainment telephone services. Complainants allege the calls were placed while they were not home, made by unknown third parties, or unauthorized credit card numbers were used to access the service. A few complainants allege the company does not supply the required proof of the debt or payments are not properly credited to accounts. The company responds to most complaints by issuing credits and blocking phone numbers or credit card numbers from further access in their system. In a few cases, the company responds by supplying proof of the debt as requested, explain the charges have been verified and the consumer is responsible, or by indicating that payments are properly credited to accounts.

There have been 40 complaints to the Better Business Bureau about this company reporting faudulent charges.

Network Telephone Service or Spectrum Billing Service or Frontier..All these is 100% fraud Scam..the internal collection department, (the Collectors) Used false names and false information to scare people to collect money and harrast families members, There is a lot of things they can said over the phone, However nothing gets reported again any person credit, or legal actions...Lets see Ms. CINDY HALL sounds familiar....this company records incoming calls as outbounds calls ...It's agains the Law to record Outbounds Calls with out the permission of the party who they're trying to collect also they allow minor to access to they Adult Entertaiment services...so think about...they do not deserved any pennie.

I called these creeps to use their services a few times. now they are trying to hit me with fraud for exceeding my credit limit "knowingly" they have documented evidence i called. I wonder if they can legititmely report me. by the way men, stay faithful to your girlfriends/wife - don't end up in this pain I'm in.

i too am worried i did use their services but offered to pay in payments and they are threating me with jail

And for the record, you can't be put in jail for not paying a debt. Debts are civil matters. If they're making that tired, old threat, their other threats are likely bull, as well. Is this regarding a payday loan?
