The SOL in MO expires after 4 years from the date of the breach of the contract occurred and when the last payment was done on the account.
You get the protection from anyone trying to sue you after the statutes expire.

Google "statute of limitations in MO". Even after the statutes expire, the debt is still valid and an unpaid balance will hurt your credit till it's reported in the credit file. Accurate negative info stay for seven years.

so for example, if the "Date of First Delinquency" is 6/03 (5 years ago) but the last payment was 6/07 (1 year ago), what date does the SOL expire? 6/07 or is it 6/11?
