What should I do now that representative from Norman Kalina leaves message for me at work saying..." I'll have to finalize sign off" regarding your debt if I do not hear from you by 5pm, today. I have never spoken to them, because I am scared and have no money to pay back pay day loan at this time since I am trying not to lose my house to foreclosure. Any suggestions?
Sincerely,
starchild

Before doing any arrangements, you need to know if they have your file. You need to get the specifics of the debt from the lawyer. Recite the FDCPA laws. Send your letter in writing to have proof of your actions.

Why will you send money to someone who has not proven if they are authorized to collect money from you? If you know the pdl, call them and see if they will work with you.
