Is there anyway to find out what your debt is without going through this company? My work schedule does not allow me to be at home after 8am or before 9pm since I am currently working out of town and my roomate is sick of the calls. Is there anyway I can find out what this is about and take care of it without going through them?

They are called Account Solutions Group and they are a debt collector. They are usually collecting past due credit cards. They have a bad rap on here but I dealt with them pretty easily. Give them a call and work out payment arrangements - they will work with you.
