Disregard my previous post asking if the collections dept was @ the Wilmington, DE Address. The Wilmington, DE Address is a Mailboxes Etc. I believe them to be @ 110 W. 9th St., Ste. 100 Kansas City, MO 64105 Ph.# 816-471-2829 I am in the process of verifying this. TO: Daisychild75 the phone # you have is also for DMS.

Actually she is just one of the collectors. She takes her orders from another man. This info. was given to me from AG's office. She is just another collector at DMS like the others. She can not make the decision to mark people as PIF, that comes from somebody else.

I got a $300 loan,90 interest and went to call to make sure they were finished with my account and was told that I still owe them $390....I told that I paid you in full and will take legal action if you try to take out any more money from my account. I never signed an extension loan and told rep. that you can take out money on due date...The cust. rep even tried to haggle down the price $290....I called my bank immeadiately and blocked them from my account. Do this now before it's too late. You must be firm.

PostPosted: Wed Apr 25, 2007 6:52 am Subject: How do you file a complaint for harassment

I have a payday loan with the loanshop, which by the way I have never received a contract or a copy of my rights. I am being harassed by them and have requested that they do not call me at work or harass my co-workers. I have spoken with an attorney and he has recommended that I do not pay them anything until I receive an a legal contract. Does anyone know how I can file a complaint against them to make them stop calling me at work. I have sent two certified letters as well as several emails requesting them not to call me at work.

Call them and ask them why they deposited money in your account and to supply you with a copy of a contract if they insist that you filled out an application.

PostPosted: Mon Sep 17, 2007 12:59 pm Subject: 3 optins to pay out the loan

When you take a lona with them they offer you 3 options to repay, and if you don't let them know 4 days before your due date they charge you service fees and interest.

so if you borrow $300, they would charge you $345 and you can pay thi sout in full within 14 days, and you are finished with paying the loan.

If you don't do this, they would charge you service fees and actually deduct principal amount at the later time, thus you would end up paying - as much as you stated.

PostPosted: Tue Jan 15, 2008 11:01 am Subject: Rip Off

This company is a rip off! When I took out the loan it was not explained that $90 was just the renewal fee. So I thought I was paying off the loan each pay period. WRONG! They have taken $450 out of my account and that is just the extension fee. So now I have to pay $390 to pay off my loan. So now $300 cost me $840. This was not even the company my intial paperwork was submitted to. Never again will I do a payday loan. I will work 2 jobs before giving money to these scamming companies!!!!!!
