I really cannot see the purpose a collector would have to come here and hurt people with their spiteful remarks. I am new here but I am also aware bills got to be paid so to say everyone here has no job is kinda pointless to me. Even if someone would stop paying their bills,you still need water,sewage,electricity, and food. I do not owe bill collectors any money but I am constantly horrified at the way they treat people!
