On my blog site yesterday I posted the information that has been going around here about banking information and chex systems. It's large file and I am still editing it so you can jump right to your state and don't have to scroll through the whole nation (thank you Goudah24 and MCA for the file and your hard work)
My final update regarding UCL is posted in today's entry, it pays to stay on top of these people and do what you can when you are taken advantage of. Their rep violated the FDCPA and I recorded it thus they had no leg to stand on when I complained.
One question for those who have read this far, the BBB reply states from UCL that the account has been "written off" do I take this to mean the same as a PIF status?
