Hey all, I'm going to pay my debt directly to verizon insted of the Collections Agency (Diversified Consultants). Do I send them a cease and desist letter stating to stop ALL communication with me and that I am paying verizon directly? The debt is valid. Thanks!

Verizon is usually pretty good to report that the bill has been paid. Call the collection agency and tell them you paid it and to verify it with Verizon. KYSIDE38

Well i'm calling them tomorrow, i'm not dealing with the collections agency. Going to setup a plan or something i think, but I am wondering how to deal with the CA lol. I dont want to work with them.
