My wife got a call from this collection agency. They actually called her mom and had a very bad attitude. If it's who I think it is, I sent them a debt validation letter along with a cease and desist to phone calls INCLUDING family members. So if it is Ventus Capital, what would be my next step if they are calling family members? Suit?
