You can cross reference this # in the Goolgle searchbar and it will tell you what company it's coming from. Then, contact the company and tell them to put you on the DO NOT CALL LIST and if they continue, advise them your attorney will be contacting them as well as the FCC!

Not exactly sure what you're talking about. A CA has the right to attempt to contact you. The rules governing the "Do Not Call" laws don't apply. If you cross reference a number and discover that it is a telemarketing company, then you can list your telephone number on the Do Not Call registry and then the telemarketing company would be in violation.
