I need to send a cease letter to them to stop the harrasing phone calls and I also need the address to give to the Attorney General/BBB.

I just received a letter from the BBB about Bass and the address that Bass responded back with was:
Bass & Associates
9378 Arlington Expressway Ste. 323
Jacksonville, FL 32225
Phone# (877)281-2224
I don't know if this is actually their correct address though, b/c it has been said that this address belongs to a UPS store.

It was a letter they sent me in response of what Bass had to say about my complaint I filed against them. I have to fill out this form that the BBB sent me and send it back to them and see what happens from there.
Of course, Bass lied about what I had said in my complaint. Bass had the nerve to say that they don't use any scare tactics and they always validate the debts. Both of these are definitely lies, but I'm quite sure the BBB has to know something isn't right b/c I'm quite sure they have received many complaints about this company.
