I just got a call from Jackson Phillips and the guy said that I had to pay 500.00 dollars by the end of the day or I would have to get a lawyer to handle my case. He also said that if I can afford a lawyer then I can afford to pay 500.00. He even went as far as to say borrow the money from your friends.

I just got a call from Mark W. Watson with Jackson, Phillips and Associates telling me they were going to send someone on my job to arrest me as a multiple violator for misappropriation of federal funds and they have collected this information and sent to the FBI and DA's office in my area for a loan I received that ended up costing so much in bank fees they account was closed. Should I be worried I only borrowed $260 and I receieved two loans. They are now asking me to send them $1160 by noon today. What should I do?

Call their BLUFF LISA! They are lying to you! They cannot put you in jail for this....I promise you that no one is coming to arrest you...First-they do not give you warning that you are being arrested...Second-it is illegal for them to tell you that (you have rights!), and 3-you are not a multipe violater for misappropriatrion...this is all just one intimidation tactic to scare people into giving them money! I had Bass and Assoc. do the same thing to me and I didn't send them a freaking dime!

I have received the same call from Faye Thomas telling me to send her 682.00 on a loan that I didn't even get. She told me if I didn't send it to her by this morning then I would also be charged with misappropriation of federal funds. I have a number for her. 1-800-871-7730. I am so glad I found this blog....I was reallllllly intimidated by her.

I dont know but doesnt it seem like by using the term misappropriation of federal funds they are claiming that they work for the government? Or are somehow affiliated with the government??? That is definately illegal,,,,
