I risk sounding like a complete idiot, but I must ask. When dealing with SOL which state has jurisdiction? The state you were in when the debt was incurred and you made you last payment in OR the state you recently moved to. I recently moved to FL from NC. I am interested in finding out how SOL applies in this situation. Thank you.
