Hi All:

I sent away to get my Chexsystem's file to see if there was anything on it that I should be concerned about. Well, Bahama's Marketing was listed on there as an inquiry or something of that sort. Are they that slimy payday loan company?..If I did have a loan
with them and defaulted wouldn't that be on Teletrak?

Chexsystems are used by banks for reporting the overdrafts in the accounts of the consumers. Pdl companies use Teletrack. I am not sure why will a pdl company report to Chexsystem? Did you dispute the inquiry with the Chexsystem? Call their toll free number, 800-428-9623
