Hi,
I keep getting calls at work from ameriloan re my PDL, which hopefully should have settlement offers from Langhorne next week, after I fax over my savings account statement.
Langhorne has called them repeatedly for me and I finally faxed over something today per Ameriloan's instructions, requesting in writing that they stop this, take me out of the dialer and go thru Langhorne. I hope this works--b/c I pity the collector who calls me tomorrow!

I had a loan from them back in 2005 and haven't heard a peep out of them. I guess that they just laid it to rest Laughing

That really would not surprise me. I think they need a new line LOL! I had defaulted with a loan with them and they only sent me an e-mail. I heard they could be pretty agressive in their collection tactics but it didn't happen to me. It's been over a year so I guess they could still crawl out of the woodwork.

I never heard anything from them when I defaulted on my loan with them either. The only thing they tried to do was send a check I didn't authorize or give them through my account.

They haven't called me since I sent that cease request, so maybe they got the message, right? I also found out we're getting bonuses at work on March 9th, so I hope that will be it.....
