I am not sure which one it would be.....they hung up on me when I called & wouldn't give them any info. Can I have some advice?

Check your latest credit copy. You will get the information of the company hitting with the collections remark. Then, send them a letter to validate your account. They are bound to follow the FDCPA laws and provide debt information if they are practicing fair debt collections. Have they sent you anything in writing yet?
