Well I just received a phone call that I never thought I would receive. I had filed a complaint with the Arizona AG and I got a phone call from the Arizona department of Financial Instatutions requesting additional documentation on my complaints with PDL lenders over the internet. I gave them several names and none of course are able to business in Arizona or Licensed. They asked for hard copys of the contracts that were forwarded to me or mailed to me because they want to look into filing in court with a number of them.

YAY! Forward all the documents you have about these companies and explain your problems to the DFI. They will do more investigations based on your complaints and give results.
